Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving a reason. However, we would appreciate it if you tell us why, as this also improves our product selection and service. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, receives the goods have or has taken possession of it. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Dynasty of Pets GmbH, Büdericher Allee 3, 40667 Meerbusch, help@dynasty.pet) by means of a clear declaration of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can inform us by email or our contact form. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification that you are exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods for which you are responsible. You do not have to pay for any loss due to mishandling by our carriers. You must return the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your cancellation of the contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline of 14 days has expired.

New customers bear the direct costs of the return. Returns are free for existing customers. All customers with more than 3 orders, as well as all breeders and subscription customers count as existing customers. This also applies if the products was not part of the subscription and ordered outside of a subscription.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • i. Contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
  • ii. Contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are not suitable for return if their seal has been removed after delivery.

Consequences of the withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will give back the payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs, to be repaid within fourteen days from the day on which we received the shipment of products of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same payment method, you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you. In no case will you be charged any fees for the payment transaction of this repayment. We can refuse the repayment until we have received the goods back.

Returning items for German customers

After your withdrawal, you will receive a return label from us, which you can hand in directly to the nearest DHL or post office. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. Returns are free for existing customers. The cost of the return is € 7.50 per package and will be deducted immediately from the amount to be refunded to you before the refund. If you do not want to use our return label, you can arrange the return yourself. Please report this to our customer service so that there are no delays in the processing and allocation of your return. Please note that if you make use of the contractual right of return and you organize the transport of the items yourself, you also bear the risk of returning the goods. If you decide to return the items to us "cash on delivery", we are entitled to charge you for the costs we incur.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You can return the goods at your own expense to the following address:

Please note that you bear the return risk yourself. Please include an order confirmation or other information about your order with your delivery so that we can process the return without delay. If you have a tracking number for your return, please inform our service team as we can also process your shipment faster here. If you choose to return the items to us "cash on delivery", please note that we are entitled to charge you for the costs we incur.
