Our fluffy customer-service-kitties are there for you, too. They sleep a lot though, mostly in boxes. So, they might not be able to respond instantly. Sometimes we are busy finding replacement boxes for them if they are worn-out (the boxes, not the cats). Luckily, we have special replacement-customer-service-kitties if things get hairy. And yes, they get their own replacement-customer-service-kitty-replacement-boxes as well.
